ExpenseLens AI 仅收集完成票据扫描、识别、编辑、导出和审计所必需的数据。
- 上传的票据图片、PDF 页面或导入文件。
- 本地 OCR 结果、字段坐标、置信度、质量提示和处理记录。
- 用户保存的费用条目、分类、导出记录、审批状态和审计日志。
- 设置项，如语言、币种、网关地址和保留策略。
处理流程中，图片会发送到本域名下的网关转发到模型服务。MOONSHOT_API_KEY 仅保存在服务端的 backend/.env 中，iOS 端不保存该密钥。服务默认仅临时处理上传文件，处理完成后删除，除非显式开启调试保留。
我们不会出售用户数据，也不会将数据用于广告追踪。第三方模型服务仅接收完成识别所需的请求内容。

ExpenseLens AI collects only the data needed to scan, recognize, edit, export, and audit expense records.
- Uploaded receipt images, PDF pages, and imported files.
- Local OCR output, field coordinates, confidence scores, quality warnings, and processing logs.
- Saved expense items, categories, export records, approval state, and audit logs.
- Settings such as language, currency, gateway URL, and retention policy.
During processing, images are sent to the gateway on this domain and forwarded to the model service. The MOONSHOT_API_KEY stays server-side in backend/.env; the iOS app never stores it. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted after completion unless debug retention is enabled.
We do not sell user data or use it for ad tracking. Third-party model services receive only the request content needed to complete recognition.
